We’re back! The Okanagan Valley Throwdown returns for its 12th year this April 18-19 at Penticton Lakeside Resort and Conference Centre and after last year we have a 110 individual athlete cap plus only 30 team trio spots! We encourage you to get registered now!
Whether you’re competing in Individuals or Trios in any division, you can come out and show your skills, test your limits, and challenge yourself in a competitive and supportive environment! This event is designed for athletes of all levels who are ready to push their boundaries, measure their progress, and experience the excitement of competition alongside a strong community.

Previous athletes will have until January 31 to get exclusive access to registration. Everyone gets access to early bird pricing until Feb 15 and so get your spot secured before registration opens for all. For a Free T-shirt register before March 15! Registration closes for all April 1.
