The Bow Valley Throwdown debuts October 25 & 26, 2025 at Genesis Place in Airdrie, Alberta. This two-day functional fitness competition brings individuals and teams together in a high-energy venue just outside Calgary. With big workouts, a vibrant community, and five fierce tests of fitness, BVT is where Alberta athletes come to throw down, level up, and leave it all on the floor.

We respectfully acknowledge that the Bow Valley Throwdown takes place on the traditional territories of the people of the Treaty 7 region in Southern Alberta.
