The Throwdown Series competitions are designed for athletes that participate in CrossFit competitively and at the recreational level.  Athletes will compete in 5 workouts and the Top 3 athletes and teams in each division will receive awards and prizes thanks to the support of our sponsors.

The Throwdown Series is built for athletes of all levels. Whether you're throwing down solo or with your crew, our events are designed to challenge, inspire, and bring out your best—no matter the division.
