The Throwdown Series is Western Canada’s premier functional fitness competition series is designed for athletes that participate in CrossFit competitively and at the recreational level. Athletes will compete in 5 workouts and the Top 3 athletes and teams in each division will receive awards and prizes thanks to the support of our sponsors.
