Driftwood Athletics Returns as FVT Recovery Zone Partner

We're excited to welcome back Driftwood Athletics as the official Recovery Zone Partner for the 2026 Fraser Valley Throwdown, September 26-27 at the Richmond Olympic Oval.

Driftwood Athletics will be set up right next to the competition and warmup floors, so athletes can get taped up, treated, and ready to go without losing time between heats.

They'll be providing athletic taping and physio services throughout the weekend, keeping our athletes moving through five workouts of competition.

Driftwood Athletics is also offering pre-competition physio assessments at either of their locations ahead of the event. These sessions are a great way to prepare your body, address any nagging injuries, and feel your best on game day. Booking is quick and easy online through the Jane app.

On-site, Driftwood Athletics will be at the venue both days of competition, offering complimentary 10-15 minute treatments to athletes. A sign-up sheet will be available at their booth each morning, so be sure to grab a spot early.

Whether you're chasing a podium finish or stepping onto the floor for the first time, having a recovery team steps away from the action means one less thing to worry about on competition day.
