Out for Delivery Has Dropped📦

The next workout is officially here. Let’s take a look at Out for Delivery.

This workout brings together shoulder-to-overhead, sandbag carries, and a mix of handstand walks or burpee broad jumps depending on division. It’s fast, simple, and will definitely test how well athletes can keep moving when the clock is working against them.

Individuals will have just 7 minutes to get the work done, while Trios will take on a 12-minute time cap with partners alternating each round.

Here's the break down of the Individual workout:

With only seven minutes on the clock, this is going to be a quick one. Athletes will need to find the right balance between moving fast and staying controlled, especially through the shoulder-to-overhead work. Efficient transitions and keeping the sandbag moving could make a big difference.

Check out the Trios workout:

For the Trios, each athlete will be responsible for their own round before handing things off to the next partner. That means teams will want to know their pacing ahead of time and keep transitions as quick as possible. The goal is simple: keep the rounds moving and make the most of the full 12 minutes.
